These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sensory OS (the “Service”), provided by Sensory Creative (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, the activity that occurs under it, and the content you submit.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Third-party integrations

The Service can connect to third-party services - such as Google Drive (questionnaire file uploads) and Google Calendar (appointment scheduling) - at your direction. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We access third-party data only as needed to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate the rights of others.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and route that content to provide the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensory Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
